GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
We are proud to offer the cheapest and most transparent shipping cost on the internet. We charge our customers based on the total weight of the order as per Royal Mail postage charge table. We do not set flat charges as other companies do because if you want to purchase only one product, why should you pay £4+ for postage when it costs £2.80 to actually post it.

We believe that once you have placed your order you will want to receive your goods as soon as possible, so we endeavour to post them to you either on the date of order or the next working day.  You may experience slightly longer delivery times during Christmas and Bank Holidays.  Please also allow 7-14 days for delivery for 2nd Class Post before you contact us regarding non-delivery. Royal Mail requires us to wait 21 days before making a claim against missing items. Please note that it is up to the customer to ensure that their delivery information on their order is correct. Royal Mail will not compensate for any non-deliveries where the delivery information is incorrect and we would therefore be unable to refund the cost of your purchase if your order went missing.

At the moment we offer FREE shipping on all UK orders of £60 and over. We also provide a FREE pick up option from the customer service desk at Parcelforce Worldwide London Central Depot, 24-58 Royal College Street, Camden, London, NW1 0QA. You can select this option at the checkout and contact us to arrange the pick up day/time.

Please note: Upon reaching the checkout you are required to select the right postage charge. There are several options, including Free Postage on orders over £60. Be aware that this is a default setting and cannot be changed. If your order is below £60, DO NOT select this postage, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
UK MAINLAND ORDERS
We now offer the option of sending items by First, Second Class Post or by MyHermes courier. We also offer Signed For Special Delivery with insurance included. You can calculate your shipping using Estimate Shipping Button - a new window will open with suggested shipping rates based on the total weight of the items in your shopping basket. You can choose your preferred shipping option at the checkout.

Royal Mail advises that lst Class Post should ensure delivery within 1-2 days, and 2nd Class Post within 3-5 days of posting. MyHermes courier service delivers within 2-5 after despatch. However, please note that we cannot be held accountable if, on the rare occasion, delivery takes longer than these times. 

We are aiming to be as competitive as possible because we believe in the quality and goodness of the products we sell and wish for as many people as possible to benefit from them, however, we are still a small enterprise compared to our larger competitors and we cannot offer free or flat rate delivery on any order at the moment. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. We hope that this will change in the future once we have grown stronger with the support of like-minded customers who purchase from SME traders online and offline. Sadly, Royal Mail is gradually changing their postage charges and making it rather difficult and costly to send parcels through them for small retailers, which is why we offer the courier service MyHermes. We have a very good experience with them and their charges are our budget option, especially for larger/ heavier parcels. You can easily track your parcel through their web-site.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - MIESSENCE
We welcome international orders and we incorporated Royal Mail international charges into our shipping estimates. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - BULK/ HEAVY ITEMS

We have negotiated a deal with DHL for international parcels to service those customers who would like to purchase heavy or expensive items; the table with estimated charges is displayed below. Please note that all currency is in pounds sterling and will be converted to your local currency by your credit card provider.  We cannot be held responsible for currency fluctuations.

RETURNS
We will refund or replace, at no extra cost, any product which has been damaged in transit, providing you notify us by telephone/ email within 7 days of the receipt of goods. Please do not return any goods until      you have contacted us, and please ensure that you retain proof of posting.
 
We will refund the value of your order for goods lost in transit  if it is established that the address details on the parcel were correctly entered at the time of placing the order. You must notify us by telephone/ email within 14 days of placing your order with us, that you have not received your order.   
 
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please telephone/ email us and we will arrange a full refund on the cost of the goods you have purchased from us. We do ask that you return the goods   to  us, in the original packing, and obtain proof of posting or send by recorded delivery. Please note that we cannot refund postage, packing, insurance or delivery charges. Items must be in perfect condition, unopened and suitable for re-sale.  We must be informed  by telephone/ email of any wish to return a product within 14 days of the goods having been purchased from us. This does affect your statutory rights.
